2010

Started our Journey

Rahul Kakkar, a visionary entrepreneur founded the "Space Acquires" in Delhi/NCR. This was the birth of today’s one of the finest Retail Leasing company. Right from the start, it was characterized by quality service delivery and commitment.

2011

Increased Workforce

In the year 2011 November, considering excellent market response for our services, we increased our workforce with dedicated Leasing experts to serve more clients and enhanced our reach to the Delhi/NCR market.

He has pushed his skills efficiently to help Retail, Corporate, Commercial clients to meet their expectations.

Mr.Rahul kakkar accepted every challenge with an opportunity, and has built a company to serve the real estate consultancy on PAN India basis.
